 #flats are ready for you from 3:00 pm. Please call us if you will be arriving after 6:00 pm. Check out by 10:00 am please.

• Your reservation will only be final once the confirming deposit has been received in our bank account.
• Cancellation terms will apply independently of whether cancelled #rooms, #suites and #mini flats are hired out again for the planned reservation period, whether fully or in part.
• The floor plans of the #apartments are are non-binding guidelines only.
• Single occupation on request.
• You can bring your four-legged friend on request. We charge € 18 per night without food. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket. We ask for your understanding that your pets are not allowed into the spa area. We reserve the right to an additional final cleaning surcharge of €50 as well as claim on your dog liability insurance in case of damaged inventory.
• The bill may be paid in cash (EUR, max. euro 4.999,99), by EC-Card or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
